UFC 332 early weigh-ins are underway ahead of Saturday's vacant women's flyweight title fight between Natalia Silva and Wang Cong in Salt Lake City.
The event takes place Saturday, Oct. 3, at Delta Center, airing on CBS and Paramount+, with a bantamweight bout also slated for the co-main event slot. Silva and Wang Cong are set to make weigh-in appearances Friday, 24 hours out from fight night, as part of the standard UFC fight week process.
What's At Stake In Silva vs. Wang Cong
Natalia Silva and Wang Cong are fighting for the vacant UFC women's flyweight championship, the first time the 125-pound women's title has been on the line with no champion defending it. Silva enters as one of the division's most dangerous finishers and has built her reputation on a long unbeaten run inside the Octagon. Wang Cong has climbed the flyweight rankings behind a string of recent victories and brings a background in Sanda that shows up in her striking output.
A vacant title fight carries extra weight for both operators and bettors because there's no incumbent to defend home-turf status. Whoever leaves Delta Center with the belt immediately becomes the new benchmark of the division, which raises the stakes on every exchange on fight night.
Betting Angle
Markets have Natalia Silva as the clear favorite over Wang Cong heading into fight night, with implied win probabilities putting Silva around two-thirds to win the bout. That price reflects her experience advantage and finishing instincts, but Wang Cong's recent form has been strong enough to keep her live underdog value interesting for bettors looking at a distance-based path to victory. As always, lines can shift between now and the walkout, so bettors should check current numbers before placing anything.
