Knockout Odds is an odds comparison and information platform for combat sports. We are NOT a sportsbook, do not accept bets, and do not facilitate gambling. We aggregate publicly available betting odds from third-party sportsbooks for comparison purposes only.

User Accounts

• You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.

Betting Disclaimer

• All betting odds displayed are for informational purposes only.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of odds data.
• Odds change rapidly and the information displayed may not reflect current lines. Always verify odds directly with the sportsbook before placing a bet.
• Gambling involves risk. Only bet what you can afford to lose.

Affiliate Disclosure

Knockout Odds may receive advertising commissions when you visit or create an account at a sportsbook through our links. This does not affect the odds data we display or our editorial content.

All content, design, and data aggregation on Knockout Odds is our property. You may reference our data with attribution (link to knockoutodds.com). You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Knockout Odds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any losses resulting from betting decisions made using our platform. We are not responsible for errors in odds data, sportsbook availability, or third-party service outages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the use of Knockout Odds will be resolved through binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Knockout Odds after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
